n nnMonitors design processes and direction by ensuring the training curriculum is consistent and accurate; attending project reviews at various projectnstages; attending strategic direction meetings to understand pending changes; identifying future training needs; integrating those changes into thentraining curriculum; and communicating with business architects regarding future changes to business systems.nDirects development of complex training programs, performance support tools, and resources by conducting research on learning needs, learningnenvironments, knowledge gaps, and behavioral changes; managing development of blended learning options; and ensuring alignment withntechnology and business support infrastructure.nDirects program effectiveness by measuring and analyzing trainee performance; identifying program inconsistencies and deficiencies; reportingninconsistencies and deficiencies to senior leadership; providing performance feedback to associates; working with associates to resolveni nconsistencies and deficiencies in learning; and increasing work productivity and reducing overall costnEnsures training effectiveness by creating assessments to determine participant reaction, knowledge, and behavior, as well as business impact;nimplementing assessments; delivering training materials; reviewing and interpreting participant feedback and assessment results; understanding gapsnin content and learning materials; recommending and implementing adjustments to training content; and providing feedback to senior leadership fornprocess improvements and program enhancements.nLeads the development, evaluation, and implementation of training development standards and governance by researching and benchmarkingnindustry standards; defining and documenting standardized training processes to ensure operational continuity; identifying opportunities to replicatenbest practices and processes; making recommendations for implementation approaches; providing process definition and management to thenorganization; ensuring leadership and implementation teams have necessary materials; evaluating training development requests and determiningntheir status; and managing the internal control assessment and remediation approach.nDrives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating businessnplans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuringnprogress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.nProvides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based worknenvironment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coachingnfor success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.nPromotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction tonothers in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.nEnsures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with businessnpartners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness;nand participating in and supporting community outreach events.nn nn nn n n n Minimum Qualifications…
