Join us on our journey of growth!nn nn Job Description nn nnThe Senior Manager, Reimbursement Strategies Operations, (SMRSO), will work both proactively and reactively with field personnel to schedule, coordinate and facilitate customer discussions regarding coding, coverage and payment for Teva products.

The SMRSO acts as the subject matter expert in assisting field personnel such as Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, IDN KAMs, OKAMs, RAMs, NAMs and MOLs as they engage providers and their staff in an attempt to navigate reimbursement complexities and facilitate patient access for specific product issues.

The SMRSO is responsible for ensuring that external customer requests for information are addressed.

The SMRSO will respond to customer requests directly and/or assign required customer engagement activities to internal team members.nn nnThe SMRSO will manage, track and report on top national and regional payer policies and policy updates for all assigned Teva products.

This individual will maintain ongoing reporting tools and lead monthly policy update team calls and policy reviews.

Specifically, the SMRSO will monitor and assess policy for Medicare Administrative Contractors, Medicare Advantage Plans, National and Regional Health Plans.

The SMRSO will track, monitor and coordinate key payer meeting dates (ie, open meetings, payer forums, payer meeting events for industry), and scheduled activities.

The SMRSO may be required to call on key payer stakeholders involved in coverage and reimbursement decisions.nn nnThe SMRSO will manage and assess claims data for Teva brands to identify problem issues with payers and within payer policy.

This individual will lead internal discussion with team members to identify issues and define strategies, tactics and activities required to address the issue.nn nnThe SMRSO will manage and assess payer policy monitoring tools and their implementation with the field.

The SMRSO will collaborate with the Director of Payer Marketing Operations to ensure proper field access to the database tools and help facilitate the fields understanding of how to best utilize policy analytic tools and platforms.nn nnThe SMRSO will work closely with the Hub services leadership to monitor and track customer volume, issue segmentation, and fulfillment rates.

The SMRSO will work with Hub leadership to identify and develop Teva approved resources for use by the Hub team members.nn nn Qualifications nn nn REQUIREMENTS: nn nn Education: BS/BA required, MBA or equivalent preferred.nn nn5+ years of Pharmaceutical or equivalent related experience.nn nnSMRSO must be a subject matter expert in the impact of National Health Policy on the reimbursement of physician administered products.nn nnRequire an in-depth understanding of Regional and Local policies and trends.nn nnExpert in identifying and assessing opportunities and challenges with Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) as well as Providers in Oncology Care Model (OCM).nn nnDemonstrated success in buy and bill reimbursement expertise, including interpretation of coverage, coding and payment policies.nn nnFluency in working with Hub services and familiarity with patient assistance programsnn nnAbility to travel to work related meetings and functions and ability to travel overnight; travel up to 30% (post covid)nn nnMust work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders, external field personnel and targeted customers.nn nn Already Working @TEVA?
