Senior Account Manager, Princeton NJ

Senior Account Manager
– Key Global Account, Consumer Fragrances USA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage two key global accounts in Consumer Fragrances,as an active member of the accounts global teams and as the regional leader for the US
  • Drive and win proactive and solicited regional projects and contribute to win global projects
  • Build very solid and sustainable customer partnership and account strategy
  • Build strong collaboration internally, with all functions involved – especially creation & development to maximize success
  • Differentiate from competition and position Firmenich as the client best partner to make them innovate and win on their markets
  • Deliver sales and margin versus targets and manage expense budget


  • 5-10 years of successful experience, ideally in sales in a fragrance house
  • Strong knowledge of the US beauty care market , with an expertise and appetite for personal care, hair care and oral care product categories
  • Fragrance development background would be a plus
  • FMCG marketing or fragrance development experience would be a plus
  • Master degree
  • French speaking not mandatory but would be a plus

L’Oréal decision makers based in the US Operational: US supply chain& procurement 5-10 years of fragrance account management Successful experience with L’Oréal would be a plus Strong olfactive expertise and solid collaboration with creation and developmment Interest for L’Oréal culture and way of working French language not mandatory but would be a plus Solid academic background
