We are the leaders in the most exciting industry in the world!Our automation and control solutions for homes and buildings allow our clients to control entire environments with the push of a button, integrating systems such as Audio Visual, Lighting, Shading, Security, Building Management Systems and HVAC to provide greater comfort, convenience and security.OverviewAs a member of the Technology and Product Management Team, you will join a tightly knit and high performing group of industry veterans shepherding complex and highly integrated products to market.As a manager on the digital workplace product team, this role will be driving the product for our cloud solutions.

You will also play a significant role in the planning for our overall digital workplace strategy and development of go-to-market plans.

This role will need to engage in continuous learning about new technologies, standards, and the modern workplace market.Working in a dynamic, creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment, your responsibilities will include seeing products through their entire lifespan, from inception to discontinuation.

You will work on creating requirements and user stories, plan releases, and work with development and quality engineering.

You will also serve as a resource for high-level sales demonstrations and presentations and talk to resellers and end-customers to get feedback on current and new product offerings.

You will need to excel in an environment with a wide variety of projects and be an excellent communicator both to customers and to senior management.Responsibilities* Define the product strategy and roadmap for Crestron cloud solutions in the commercial market.* Deliver roadmaps with prioritized features and corresponding justification.* Author well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance criteria.* Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.* Work in an agile environment and continuously review business needs and set priorities for minimum viable product releases and subsequent releases.* Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including engineering (various disciplines), marketing, legal, support, UI/UX, amongst others* Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new products.

Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.* Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.* Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.* Share your vision through product demonstrations to stakeholders.* Shephard the product through the development life cycle* Keep abreast of competitive landscape and industry trends.* Participate in industry tradeshows and other key market events.* Create go-to market plans, coordinating with training, marketing, and support.* Evaluate products and technologies from potential partners and competitors.* Act as a leader within the company.* Ability to be hands-on and travel occasionally and as necessary such as to industry events, job sites to see how our products are getting installed/applied and be able to translate that experience into a better product.Qualifications* Bias for action over the status quo* Keen eye and sense on user interface and user experience design that delivers value and solutions workflows elegantly and simply.* Comfortable adapting to changing business situations and priorities.* Process-oriented; exceptional organizational and follow-through skills; attention to detail* Excellent working with business stakeholders to understand processes and documenting requirements.* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) to inform, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders.* Ability to lead team meetings, set expectations, and hold people accountable for delivering the expected product.* Self-starter with proven ability to constantly learn new software and hardware technologies, and an ability to quickly put that learning into practice in support of highly visible real-world projects.* Be able to research and become an expert on new technologies relevant to the product line.* Team player with visible company spirit.

Demonstrable ability to quickly gain the trust of key stakeholders, end-users, and co-workers alike.* Ability to be hands-on and travel occasionally and as necessary such as to industry events, job sites to see how our products are getting installed/applied and be able to translate that experience into a better product.* Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager* 3+ years of experience in cloud, IoT, B2B SaaS products and solutions* Technical background, with prior cloud and SaaS product management experience* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.* Demonstrated success defining and launching amazing products.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Superior skill in Excel with advanced Excel functions* Excellent teamwork skills.
