Process Transformation Manager Whippany, NJ As a Barclays Process Transformation Manager, you will be an agent of change; you will use your expertise to see a problem from definition through to execution.

You will have the opportunity to design and execute on Process Transformation projects and oversee the work of Process Transformation Analysts.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver Process Transformation projects to meet Operational stakeholder needs and communicate impact of projects
• Interface with IT and Operational stakeholders to ensure Operational Transformation project requirements are accurate
• Identify and quantify process transformation opportunities through process analysis and data analysis
• Act as a thought leader for operational transformation work, bringing fresh eyes to old problems
• Identify possible candidate areas for Automation technologies (e.g.

RPA, web scraping, document scraping, Machine Learning/AI)
• Work closely with the Automation CoE and Operations to lead and deliver on those opportunities What we’re looking for:
• Process Oriented mind-set as demonstrated by prior experience with operational transformation, continuous improvement, lean or 6 sigma experience
• Proven track record of identifying and delivering on transformation programs in a regulated environment
• A demonstrated ability to improve profitability and reduce cost by optimizing operational capabilities.

• Experience making changes in an operational setting by interfacing with compliance, front office, and tech personal to implement procedural, technical and automation solutions Skills that will help you in the role:
• Credit Card, Online Banking, or Call Center industry knowledge/experience
• Financial Services or Consulting Experience
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
