Implementation Project Manager

Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring an Implementation Project Manager in their Morris Plains, NJ Corporate Office. The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing assigned client implementations. The position works closely with clients and Weichert support teams to ensure a successful, smooth and timely implementation. 

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria: 

  • Acts as the project manager for assigned client implementations. Develops and maintains implementation project plans as needed.

  • Works closely with clients to gather necessary information and data, and provides guidance to ensure successful implementations.

  • Conducts or assists in client training for initiations as related to the use of Weichert’s management systems.

  • Ensures client provides complete policies. Works with Consulting Solutions to develop new polices, where necessary. Grids policies to capture benefits, services, required documentation, tax treatment, eligibility and general ledger accounts. Obtains grid approval from client.

  • Coordinates and/or performs user acceptance testing and Client Acceptance Testing for implementations. Validates data to ensure content was captured and data is accurate. Reports feedback to the appropriate internal support teams.

  • Communicates services, processes, procedures and customization to Shared Services and Client Services via routine implementation meetings.

  • Conducts post implementation meetings/follow up to ensure processes are working as intended.

  • Participates in enhancing the Implementation process via new tools, docs and procedures.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certifications preferred

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in a related client implementation project manager role

  • Previous experience in domestic and/or international assignment management counseling or related industry experience

  • Knowledge of applicable homesale, payroll, tax, and compensation practices and processes required

  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent implementations

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices and techniques

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products

  • Ability to learn and maintain propriety company systems

  • Strong oral and written communications skills

  • Ability to conduct presentations and hold one-on-one meetings

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions

  • Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)
