Customer Operations Manager

This is a Full-time position in Union, NJ posted November 23, 2021.


Located on a beautiful campus in Union, New Jersey, our state-of-the-art monitoring center facility is the most advanced in the United States.

The team at Affiliated Monitoring protects millions of people by monitoring their security alarms and medical alert systems.

Our team currently has an opening for a Customer Operations Manager.

This critical role helps us manage our day-to-day interactions with our top partners.

You will help manage relationships with partners ranging from nationally recognized security, PERS and IoT providers to unique technology startups.

This position is highly visible to all levels of the organization and will require an individual with a broad skill set.

What You Will Be Doing
Build strong relationships with our existing customers based on trust and credibility
Regularly call on existing customer base to maintain, enhance and effectively manage business relationships on an on-going basis
Day-to-day operations, including logistics, and inventory fulfillment
Participate in business development planning and analysis related to operations
Manage KPI’s
Collaborate with other internal team leads to create and maintain product and process roadmaps
Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience
Assist with critical requests or issue escalations as needed
Represent Brighton at Client Presentations, Industry Trade Shows and Other Events


What You Need For This Role
3+ years of customer success / account management experience
B2B relationship background is a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A demonstration ability to execute with excellence
A solid background in the use of software tools to solve problems and improve processes
Bachelor’s degree required
