Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen is a non-profit, social services agency dedicated to helping those individuals in need and improving the quality of life to members in the community.

We provide programs to four counties throughout New Jersey and have successfully grown in 35 years to include more than 24 sites and over 80 programs.

We are currently looking for a professional who seeks to be part of a dynamic, high performing organization. Case Manager IIBridgewater, NJ The Case Manager will manage all new referrals for the SPIRIT program and get their services started.

Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with overall coordination of basic needs such as Housing Needs; financial needs such as social security or general assistance; maintaining statistical documentation, providing transportation to doctor appointments, as needed; and conducting group programs maintain program statistics. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with some experience with community resources.

Candidates will also be expected to have some flexibility with their work schedule and must also possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
