Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nursing Manager will lead a team of Registered Nurses, Technicians, Medical Assistants, and ancillary staff through being the department resource, scheduling, new hire education, ensuring regulatory compliance, cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and assisting with direct patient care as needed. 

Ideally, the Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nursing Manager will hold an active Registered Nurse License, hold their Bachelor’s degree, have prior management experience working as a Charge Nurse, Coordinator, Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Manager. The Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager must have recent clinical experience working in a Hospital Cath Lab to lead by example and ensure top-notch quality is consistently delivered.
