The Scratch Cooking Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) is responsible for aiding in the growth of the Company Food Solutions North American Scratch Cooking business by bringing customer insights to life through the development of innovative and impactful products, packaging, and marketing materials.

We are looking for someone who explores the world around them and an early adopter of trends; you learn from the past, envision the future, having a healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo. • You will engage a range of different partners, building a collaborative eco-system for change. • You will work in sync with a Regional Brand, Global and Customer Development teams to cocreate the innovation funnel and the strategy. • Coordinate scratch cooking category R&D activities across the North America business and line management the R&D team ensuring delivery of commitments and build a high-performance team. • Partner with marketing, finance & sales to develop and implement scratch cooking category strategies, e.g., innovation road map, portfolio management; contribute to knowledge based selling stories and other marketing assets

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years’ experience in Brand Marketing
• Required: Experience launching/developing new products
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, high sense of project ownership and pro-activity
• You have a great attention to detail & dedication & passion to win
• Proficiency in MS Office
