We are looking for a fashion loving, commercially driven, Full Time Retail Specialist. This role will assist the assigned Department Management team with executing the commercial (sales and merchandising) plans for their department. In this role you will become familiar with the local customer base, product, pricing, sizing, assortment planning, sales goals (budgets) and actual sales for the department. You will work with managers to help identify key items for your market, help maintain a high level of merchandising standards, demonstrate an exceptional customer service and support the general overall needs of the business. You will be expected to lead by example for part time and full time Retail Assistants in store. What are we looking for?
