Temporary Facilities Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Eatontown, NJ posted September 23, 2021.

Our client, a private equity company located in Boston’s Financial District, is seeking a Temporary Facilities Coordinator to join their team.

This role can compensate up to $24/hour.

Job qualifications are below: Job Responsibilities: Oversee and/or assist with the food and beverage needs of the office, including ordering supplies, stocking kitchens and setting up for Firm lunches and internal events as needed.

Daily cleaning, organizing and stocking of kitchens, conference rooms, copy rooms and supply areas.

Create miscellaneous internal signage, updated telephone extension lists and wireless access information cards for conference rooms.

Operate and maintain all printers, copiers, binding machines and shredders.

Track and compare pricing for supplies and proactively check expiration dates.

Pickup, open, sort, track and distribute internal and external mail and packages.

Assist with printing and mailing of the weekly Firm package.

Maintain vendor relationships and represent the Firm in a professional manner.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the Facilities and Reception team as well as the business functions of the Firm.

About You:
• A high-school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Private Equity or Financial Services experience is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrate proactivity, resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.

• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Able to maintain a strict degree of confidentiality with all company matters.
