Team Leader – Patient Access Center

Vanguard Medical Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Team Leader for our Patient Access Center in our Cranford office.

The Patient Access team acts as our 1st point of contact with existing, potential, and new patients on several technical/telephonic platforms, and the Team Leader is responsible for overseeing their daily duties and functions of our ensuring that the duties are carried out with accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
