Product Operations Associate

Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 6 month + contract position
Candidate should be within commutable distance to Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities Include:

  • End-to-end product management and delivery and supports execution against the product work plan objectives for assigned product
  • Works with FCEs (Functional Centers of Excellence) to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Supports identification of product delivery improvement areas
  • Communicates and collaborates with FCEs / vendors / partners and internal stake holders clearly and effectively
  • Provides status updates on day-to-day operations
  • Collects data to help track all product-related expenditures against budget
  • Supports attainment of surplus targets by controlling expenses
  • Reviewing POs ( Purchase Orders), Invoices and reconciliation
  • Adheres to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function
  • Provide status updates on daily operations; tracks SLA/KPI metrics
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Organize, track, and schedule workload to meet delivery dates
  • Education
    A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.

    Relevant Years of Experience Required
    1-3 years of experience in administrative or project management support. Good Process Administrator skills are required
    Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Expert MS Excel Skills required
  • Strong Data Entry, Data Management and Analysis skills are required
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams preferred
  • Familiarity with different system applications (UI experience)
  • Perform UATs and Executing test cases
  • Team Player, good communication and excellent writing skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Able to perform quality control and data reconciliation tasks and work with spreadsheets, purchase orders, inventory control
  • Contribute to publication updates
