  • Position Summary
  • Conduct store analysis to better consult store managers on the store’s

    • fortes and weaknesses

  • Review marketability of new items suggested by SCM team and make a

    • buyer’s decision

  • Communicate with store in order to manage assortments, price, event and

    • display.

  • Role & Responsibility

    • System Admin

    ? Analyses system log file
    ? Check API, Interface
    ? Data import/export
    ? Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
    related to ERP/WMS systems, software.
    ? Maintain ERP/WMS systems.
    ? Walk customer through problem-solving process.
    ? Install, modify, and development ERP/WMS.
    ? Resolve technical problems with ERP/WMS and other systems.
    ? Develop the report for users.

    Project Support

    ? Review the schdule for the projects (Upgrade, new feature)
    ? Design the module with project team
    ? Project document
    ? User eudcation for ERP/WMS/Business Logic etc.
    ? Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

    System
    Development

    ? Query review
    ? System design
    ? Interface/Integration Design
    ? System test and review

  • Requirement

    • Education &
    Qualification

    Education (including major) Certificate (license)
    AA Driver License

    Knowledge & Skill

    ? Communication Skill in Korean, English and
    Chinese
    ? General office work skill (Excel, Power point)

    Experience ? Sales Rap (1-3y)

    ? Grocery Store experience (1-3y)
