Learning and Development Analyst

nn Summary: The Learning and Development Analyst will coordinate the design, development, and deployment of all needed development programs for the Information Technology department.

This role is responsible to formulate and define project scope based on business objectives and development needs as well as provide analysis and documentation of requirements for new learning programs and revisions of existing programs as necessary.nn nn Essential Job Functions: nn Assesses training and development needs across the information technology department Create and administer learning programs that foster a culture of learning and innovation Partners with managers in the design, development and deployment of learning solutions Utilizes metrics to track completion, and measure effectiveness of training and development initiatives Collaborates with corporate HR and L&D teams to optimize the use of the learning management system Partners with outside organizations to create and administer external programs Researches and sources training materials and course content Conduct discussions with senior leadership to diagnose organizational opportunities in order to design and deliver custom learnings Supports ongoing organizational needs by applying appropriate root cause analysis, process improvement, learning and development, change management and project planning support Other duties as required and assigned nn nn nn nn nn nn nn Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
