Lead Cyber Operations Analyst

As a Barclays Lead Cyber Operations Analyst you will get the opportunity to manage the effective implementation, utilization and analysis of Cyber Operation tooling and data.

You will have an important role, as you will be responsible for effective communication across different internal teams and management.

What will you be doing?

• Managing initiatives within a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of information security and privacy response services to the global retail and commercial enterprise

• Managing and conducting Blue team component of Purple Team exercises

• Managing the identification of capabilities required to support Security Operations teams

• Managing identification and development of Security Operations Visibility & Telemetry requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Experience on the recovery and handling of malicious artefacts obtained through the performance of host based digital forensics within a cyber-response incident

• Demonstrable knowledge of the static and behavioral analysis of malicious artefacts recovered during cyber-response activities

• Understanding of the activities required to perform cyber incident response

• Experience in responding to information security and privacy incidents, security related trends and outline implications

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Knowledge of Cyber Kill Chain, Intelligence Driven Defence, Security Operations and Security Architecture

• Project Management experience

• Ability to identify operational risks and issues in a fast time environment, and take proportionate and appropriate actions

• A good understanding of a Corporate, Physical Security Environment
