Description: Position Summary:This position is responsible for assisting with the implementation and management of Aramarks Distribution programs.

A primary focus of this role is to provide customer service to the field and support the Directors of Distribution responsible for conducting business with Aramarks preferred distributor partners.

This position reports to the VP DistributionEssential Functions:Provide customer service and problem solving resources to Aramarks U.S.

food and facilities operations in the areas of supplier / product needs and distributor service levels.Assist with the audit and measurement of Distributor adherence to contract terms and conditions.Provide Director of Distribution coverage as required.Participate in formal business reviews with Sysco and other preferred distributors.Communicate new Aramark Profit Center Openings for food and facilities locations.Support the implementation and compliance of Specified Product Programs through Aramarks preferred distributor network, including analyzing and presenting analysis to the DOD team.Support ordering platform implementation and collaborate on product / supplier exception request process.Manage Vendor Safety Documentation to ensure Aramark is protected from a food safety standpoint.Assist with communications for all regional supplier transitions.Serve as member of Product Recall QA team.Review and provide direction to field operators on requests for suppliers and distributors in the Supplier Information Management (SIM) System.Perform market baskets and competitive pricing analyses as needed.Cross functional collaboration with Directors of Operations, Procurement, Finance, Supplier Development, and Hospitality Enablement teams.Protect Aramarks reputation through strict adherence to highest ethical standards consistent with company policyThis location requires all individuals working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by 10/18/2021.

Qualifications: Requires three or more years of Supply Chain experience or equivalent experience.Results oriented, self-starter, well organized, ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environmentAbility to make effective presentations, transfer information to others, and present solutions.Diplomacy, tact, and strong analytical skills.Knowledge of food service and / or hospitality.Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential.Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointBachelors Degree Required
