About the AIADA: The Arizona Independent Automobile Dealers Association is the only association that works full time to support the independent automobile dealer industry.

Job Title: Dealer Services Administrator Purpose: The Dealer Services Administrator is responsible for providing services and support to our member automobile dealers and administrative support for the association headquarters.

The Dealer Services Administrator reports directly to the Executive Director.

Qualifications: Experience working with or in the auto dealer industry is a plus.

Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.

Requires prompt performance, strict attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Requires an ability to provide prompt follow-up to all requests and inquiries brought to the attention of the AIADA.

Knowledge of business protocol; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; and the ability to prioritize while completing multiple assignments.

Excellent communication, presentation, assessment, organizational and time management skills.

Experience in following up on accounts receivable a plus.

Ability to proactively pursue accounts receivable a must.

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of applicable software programs Adept at problem solving, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Duties Support the Executive Director as required.

Process new member applications and renewals by phone, online and in person.

Send out monthly membership renewal notices.

Make follow-up A/R calls to maximize membership renewals.

Respond to member requests.

Answer help desk calls and field questions from member dealers.

Track all communication with members in help desk system.

Ensure member information in member management system is accurate.

Make vendor referrals according to set procedures.

Setup and breakdown for meetings and classes.

Purchase supplies for the office.

Support special events in and out of the office as required.

Hours 35 to 40 hours per week.

2 weeks accumulated paid time off annually, increased to 3 weeks after 2 years employment.

11 Paid Holidays.

Company Description The Arizona Independent Automobile Dealers Association represents used motor vehicle dealer, new and used motor sports, and new and used RV dealers of Arizona.

We champion issues important to our members with state regulators and lawmakers.

We provide support and training to our members.
