Accupac: Qs Incoming Assistant

This is a Full-time position in Lakewood, NJ posted October 19, 2021.

Basic Job Functions:Provide administrative support for Quality Systems Incoming.

Assist in the component sampling/inspection process, and raw material sampling function.Essential Functions of the Job:Review and understand Standard Operating Procedures.Assist Quality Systems Incoming Associates in obtaining component specifications and color standards as needed for the approval of incoming components.

Organize and maintain color standards.Review incoming raw material receipts daily and notify the LIMS department of any raw materials scheduled to be received that are not approved in LIMS.

Request that the raw materials be approved in LIMS and track the progress of the request.Review executed component Material Assay Reports (MARs).

Scan reviewed MARs to the Quality drive and store hard copies of the MARs in the document storage cage.Scan and title incoming raw material and component COAs/COCs to the Public drive, from both the CoA email folder and hard copies received with shipments from all Accupac delivery locations.

Organize and maintain the CoA/CoC public drive folders.

Review incoming receipts daily and request COAs/COCs from Purchasing/Project Management when not received with a delivery.

Track the progress of the request.Perform stability functions for Lakewood including initiations and pulls.Assist in the raw material and finished goods reserve sample storage area as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements of the Job:Experience working in an environment that functions under cGMPs.Ability to work independently from an established list of priorities.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to push and/or pull item 75 to 100 pounds.Possess peripheral and color vision.Walking/standing on concrete floors up to eight hours each workday.Climbing step stools and ladders and maintaining balance.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoTravel: NoneEducation and/or Experience: Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Must have experience working in a GMP environment.
