A typical week for our Commercial Pest Control Service Technicians includes:
- Performing pest control inspections and services in a timely manner
- Use of pest control-related equipment (including ladders)
- Documenting activities on a handheld device
- Following protocols, procedures, and laws
- Maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle
- Explaining technical information in simple terms
- Engaging customers and setting expectations
- Showing customers the benefits of additional services
- Using creative efforts to add new commercial and residential customers
We offer Commercial Pest Control Service Technicians an hourly wage ranging from $22 to $30 per hour, plus sales commissions with first-year earnings between $45,000 and $65,000. Experience in the pest control industry is a plus, BUT we will train the right person! We offer health insurance, 5 paid sick days plus 10 personal days and a flexible work schedule. We also provide a service vehicle and gas card you can use for commuting to and from work, paid uniforms, and paid initial and ongoing training. Our typical work schedule for Commercial Pest Control Service Technicians is 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. (whenever the work is finished).
You can also choose your work schedule — four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.
