What you’ll do:

• Deliver to the high-level design of the technical solution and participate in the exploration of solution alternatives
• Interface with the Lead Engineers to provide the right services and solution for your product, ensuring you have the critical NFRs and identify, define, and reduce technical debt
• Work with external technology solution providers (Payment and Connected Car only) to design and deliver integrations
• Actively participate in the continuous exploration process, driving for continuous improvement of process and quality, persistently identifying ways to optimize in delivery and accuracy
• Work with product management to prioritize and determine the capacity allocation
• Provide oversight and improve built-in quality and technical agility within the team
• Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• Train, mentor, and support the engineers in the product team ensuring they become self-organized
• Schedule and facilitate scrum events and meetings
• Monitor progress and performance regularly and drive the team towards self -improvement
• Plan and organize demos and product quality reviews
• Prepare and present sprint commitments, sprint plans and timebox candidate plans to stakeholders.

You should apply if you bring:

• 4-year degree in Computer Science (with professional experience) or relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience writing and debugging software products using Java, Python, NodeJS etc.
• 3 years of experience as an Agile team leader
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and growth mindset
• Experience in successfully delivering technology solutions for large-scale organizations using agile methodology
• Experience building and maintaining event streaming platforms (Kafka, Spark, Security, Producer and consumer API’s using NodeJS, Python etc.)
• Experience with NodeJS, Java, Angular etc.
• Experience with cloud environment and technologies – AWS Services, Kubernetes
