Human Resources Coordinator ( Health)


This is a Contract position in Troy Hills, NJ posted February 22, 2021.

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in providing essential daily administrative support to the Human Resources team for North America Health. The coordinator will report to the Area HR Director and will also support the other members of the team in their respective areas of responsibility. Following are the key responsibilities of this position:Responsibilities* Serve as a central point of contact for employees in the business unit, providing guidance on any HR-related inquiries* Creating job requisitions and working with Talent Acquisition team in posting vacancies* Generating internal offer letters and other employee communication.* Ensuring employee/organizational data integrity by:o Entering, updating and maintaining employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)o conducting data audits on a regular basis, maintaining recordso ensuring organizational charts are routinely updated.* Running and analyzing reports for use by team to make strategic workforce planning decisions including vacancy reports.* Serve as HR liaison for administrative processes including, but not limited to: sales incentive payments, employee allowances, car reimbursement, relocations, tuition reimbursements.* Support the annual performance review process, advising employees of available tools and resources* Support team in related billing procedures, raising purchase orders, budget tracking, processing invoices and monitoring of expenses.* Assist with the annual merit review and bonus award process* Support the development and distribution of HR material, including training guides, workbooks, handouts, tools, charts, and PowerPoint presentations.* Manage projects as neededQualificationsQualifications* BA/BS in a related field preferred* 1 – 2 years of related work experience or internships in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Training,* Strong coordination and project management skills; capable of setting and meeting deadlines, and negotiating and influencing others* Disciplined self-starter; collaborative team player; detail-oriented and follow-through abilities* Uses independent judgment; Takes ownership of work and demonstrates a willingness to accept responsibility, and is thoughtful in decision-making* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously* Demonstrated capability in handling multiple overlapping deadlines and priorities* Must have a service-oriented approach in dealing with employees and other HR cross-functional teams* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to be diplomatic in difficult situations* Very strong computer literacy Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel as well internet search engines
