We are looking for a competent CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE or CNA to join our team.

Locations: BLOOMSBURRY, CALIFON, CLINTON, PHILLIPSBURG, HACKETTSTOWN and BELVIDERE NJ

• Do you have a current CHHA / CNA certificate?
• Not Certified? Don’t worry we offer Tuition Reimbursement. We can walk you through and help you!
• Do you have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license?
• Do you have 1 year experience as a Health Aide preferably at any Facility?

Responsibilities:

. Willing to provide assiatance with 10 or more clients or patient in Facility area.

• Providing assistance and hygiene care as directed, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities and assisting with measurements, if necessary.
• Lift and carry up to 45lbs. of equipment for extended periods of time.
  · Walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
• Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
