Our multi-specialty group is a dedicated, compassionate team of providers determined to work with patients to understand health needs and provide effective treatment.

Our multi-specialty group of 100+ gastroenterologists, pathologists, anesthesiologists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants work together to uphold the highest standards of care for each patient’s well-being.

All of our doctors are board-certified in gastroenterology and hepatology.

Several of them serve as chief of gastroenterology at nearby hospitals, and a number of them have been recognized as top-quality physicians in publications, including but not limited to: Best Doctors in America and Top Doctors New Jersey, and US News Health – US News & World Report.Summary:The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for executing key projects and initiatives within the Allied Digestive Health and its Affiliates.

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the HR Business Partner is responsible for effective execution of human resources strategies in areas such as Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Talent Selection, Engagement, Recognition, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Change Management.Essential Responsibilities:Serve as key partner in supporting leaders and employees in reaching the company’s strategic objectives and goals.Builds effective working relationships with business leaders.Leverages an understanding of business needs and works closely with leaders to optimize human capital to meet strategic plans.Acts as a primary point of contact and provides counsel and consulting services to internal partners across all levels of the organization, including Senior leaders.Provides coaching to individual contributors, with the goal of making others successful.

Participates and collaborates in supervisor, management and staff meetings.Uses discretion and ensures that associate questions are promptly and courteously resolved.Drives employee engagement efforts through execution of employee feedback survey, analysis of results and development of action plans, as assigned.Addresses employee concerns with open communication techniques.

Communicates with employees in a timely and courteous manner.Serves as an influential partner both internally and externally to ensure that the most appropriate services and programs are developed and delivered to drive performance within the assigned groups.Understands and uses analytics to identify the business needs and priorities and the associated talent trends, challenges and opportunities.Provide expert advice and support for organization design and change management to business leaders.Actively seeks to ensure alignment of the HR People Strategy and Business Strategy.Identify and analyze issues and opportunities which are within established policies and procedures and engages stakeholders to gain alignment and endorsement of solutions.Build the workforce plan to increase the skills, engagement and productivity of the workforce to meet current and future business needs.Ensures a consistent approach to all talent processes (performance management, talent management, leadership development, succession planning) is applied across the organization.Desired Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree is required.

Advanced degree in an HR disciple is preferred.At least 6+ years of relevant human resources experience in the healthcare industry or working in venture backed start-up or growing organizations preferred.Experience working through transformation, leading integration efforts and/or mergers and acquisitions is preferred.Experience with talent development and organizational development preferred
