Document Management Trainer Job descriptionAllied Health Management Services Organization, an affiliate of Allied Digestive Health, is looking for a full time Document Management Trainer to join our rapidly expanding company.

We are a multi-specialty group looking for a motivated individual to join us.

This job will be required to travel as needed to practices for GoLives, and initially to the West Long Branch Office for training.Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills as well as a keen attention to detail.Requirements:3-5 years training experience, preferably within health and medical care deliveryHigh School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.Responsibilities:Trains all new and current employees in all aspects of document management responsibilities and new employee trainig for offices including providers.On site GoLive Training for all new integrated practices, and pre-GoLive training.Serves as the primary content expert for functional areas.Monitors all interfaces including LabCorp, Quest, Meridian Pathology, Clinical/Radiology, Novopath, Dianon; sends out necessary tasks to the appropriate recipients.Technical expert on EMR, EMR and interface functioning, systems configuration, upgrades, maintenance, and trouble-shooting.

Responsible for patient portal support, and handles all support issues in regards to software system and submits tickets into software company when needed.Primary liaison who actively and regularly collaborates with external vendors to include networking/IT vendor and GMed.Responsible for duplicate charts, all GMed configurations (users, password resets, orders, etc.)Sends out patient reminder messages daily.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) and Paid Time Off.Please submit a resume and salary requirements.Allied Digestive Health is a successful, integrated network of multiple gastroenterology Care Centers.
