Adjunct Therapist – Per Diem, Day – Eating Disorders

This is a Contract position in Somerville, NJ posted June 2, 2023.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate therapeutic, educational and diversionary recreation services to restore, remediate and/or rehabilitate effects if illness and disability. Through the provision of therapy, programs, resources, and support staff work with patients to encourage the development of satisfying recreational interests and skills for participation in departmental recreational programs.
Qualifications:
Education: M.S./M.A. in Creative Arts Therapies or Recreational Therapy required. License commensurate with the degree. Minimum 3 years of Creative Art Therapies (Ex: Art Therapy, Recreation Therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy) experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Acute setting and Behavioral Health experience preferred.
