IPS SC&O specifically houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

The Accenture Technology IPS SC&O is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Solution Architect to develop and grow our Planning business for the Blue Yonder platform.

Supply Chain Planning professionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration across companies.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.

Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

Has some latitude in decision-making.

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.

Manages large
– medium sized Supply Chain Planning Business Solution teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

Serve as the chief planner/architect for SCP delivery initiative Ensure that the delivery architecture, capabilities, and operations are consistent across the enterprise and meet the requirements Drive team to configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources Drive team to Perform end to end testing during System Integration Testing Drive team to Perform User Acceptance Testing Architecting Planning solutions to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management/data migration.

Drives team to the adoption of standard business supply chain planning operating model practices.

Provide knowledge of integrating Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications.

Travel Note: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Show more Show less Qualifications Here’s what you need Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate Degree with 6 years of work experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Tools as Solution Architect Minimum of 1 year of ESP implementation experience Minimum of 3 years of experience Managing Small to Mid-Sized Staffs and Projects Professional Skill Requirements Experience of leading technical design for inbound / outbound processes Advance knowledge of Blue Yonder planning solutions configuration approaches Expertise in, at least, 2-3 major application modules: Demand Planning, Enterprise Supply Planning, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning / Optimizations, S&OP, etc.

Expertise in functional integration (ongoing closed loop) to major ERP Advanced Understanding of SCP Data Model Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and management skills As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880
