Job Description:
Our Client is looking for a Content Designer to create, develop, and post branded content and engaging visual assets across our social media channels and support strategic projects and initiatives. The Content Designer will take conceptional ideas and create eye-catching visuals that represent Client’s brand identity. The ideal candidate will generate assets that will educate, inspire, and capture the attention of those who see them, yielding meaningful community growth measured by high attention metrics (likes, comments, etc).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and studio teams to develop compelling imagery for relevant topics and initiatives.
- Familiarity with growth hacks and paid media.
- Concept, create, and post an assortment of assets for social media, digital applications, events, and external marketing efforts.
- Collaborate on content ideation and planning sessions to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative strategy for optimizing posts.
- Having deep understanding of social media channels like Twitter, TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, live trends and content styles.
- Ability to define and maintain consistent content and visual narratives across platforms by incorporating the brand voice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant creative experience and a passion for making creative content on a spectrum of social media platforms.
- Proven design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
- Strong understanding of social media, marketing, website design, branding, advertising, and multimedia design.
- Video editing skills and trends for social media.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
- Working knowledge of web3, blockchain, crypto, NFTs, or DeFi.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
