LoanIQ Support Specialist

SkillStorm is seeking a LoanIQ Support Specialist for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey OR Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm’s W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description and Essential Functions:

  • Provide analytical and technical support for LoanIQ applications. Role requires strong application support background. Ideal candidate will be viewed as a Application subject matter expert. The position requires the ability to communicate complex functional and technology solutions across differing audiences including technical, managerial and vendors. The position requires on-call support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application problems
  • Monitor, manage, and possibly tune platforms for availability and performance.
  • Provide timely resolution of user and infrastructure break-fix incidents, automated alerts and information service requests
  • Takes ownership of escalations and perform trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query and programming skills
  • Takes part in production support rotation

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in development or production support
  • LoanIQ, Java, Oracle, SQL, Windows
  • Experience in resolving both application functional incidents
  • Proactive in identifying, escalating, and addressing platform stability issues and risks
  • Ability to create well-defined documents
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of varying degrees of technical expertise.
  • Ability to solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines, including root cause and problem resolution follow-up
