Customer Service Consultant

  • Hours: Full-Time Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Location: Fairfield, NJ
  • Compensation : $19+/hour
  • Job Type: Temporary to Hire

We are hiring a Customer Service Consultant for an Industrial Kitchen manufacturer. In this role, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best Customer Service Consultants are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

    • Ability to work independently and follow through of tasks. Must ensure all order entry is complete and no miss keys. If missing any information for order the inside sales rep must take responsibility to gather all information needed.

    Customer Service Representative Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • At least two years of customer service experience.
    • Professional and courteous phone skills.
    • Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
    • Must have ability to multitask.
    • Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office: QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, and Excel
