This is an immediate opening automation id” DecorationWrapper”> automation id”RichTextEditor” data metadata id”56$309310″ data uxi widget editable” False”>Job Summary: Performs most phases of assembly of various electrical, electronic and/or mechanical components and assemblies, working from blueprints, diagrams and verbal instructions.

This position typically works under general supervision and direction.

Essential Job Duties and : Certified to J Std 001 Soldering Class 3 IPC 7711 / 7721 Rework of Electronic Assemblies Circuit Card Assembly (Through Hole & Surface Mount), Manual and Cut and Clinch Under Microscope Soldering Under Microscope Assembly Microelectronics Assembly Terminal Crimping and Swaging Conformal Coat Masking and Touch Up Application Pin Grid Array & high density connectorinstallation & removal Conventional Soldering Hot Plate Soldering Resistance Soldering Interpret electrical and electronic assembly drawings Engineering Prototype to Low Rate Production Manufacturing Ball Grid Array Installation and removal using BGA rework stations Part Marking and Identification Use of Sealants and Adhesives Hazardous Materials and Recycling Training Ionic Clean Testing of Circuit Cards Precision Electronic Assembly Precision lead forming Electro Static Discharge (ESD) Training Depot Rework/Repair of Electronics Electronic Subassembly & Subsystem Assembly Required Skills / Qualifications: High school education or equivalent work experience, plus a minimum of three years’ experience in mechanical/electrical assembly.

Ability to independently perform all phases of electrical and mechanical assembly.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions including documents, schematics and engineering sketches.

Proficient in the use of all assembly tools including soldering irons, cutters, pliers, wrenches, strippers and other hand tools.

Experienced in training other Assemblers.

Ability to understand and work with Material Safety Data Sheets.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

Physical ability to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time.
