Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

This is a Full-time position in Cream Ridge, NJ posted November 22, 2021.

HVAC company looking for responsible office person to perform the following duties:

Answer and direct phone calls

Organize and schedule service appointments

Write and distribute emails

Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Daily data entry

Ensure efficient and smooth day to day operations of the company

Issue invoices, bills and send to customers

Assist in managing accounts and receivables

Update account records

Provide support to fellow employees


Good oral and written communications skills

Should have experience with Quick Books, Microsoft Word and Excel

Customer service skills
