LuAnn Nigara is a world renowned author, speaker and host of A Well-Designed Business®, the #1 rated podcast in the interior design industry.

Her growing business is now hiring an Administrative Assistant who is highly professional, extremely proactive, detail oriented, and with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

This person will be adept in concurrently managing multiple priorities, and will thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating a positive, professional experience for all those who interact with the firm.

The Principal’s calendar, scheduling, and email and voicemail management are the top priorities.

The Administrative Assistant monitors and responds to daily email and telephone inquiries, performs calendaring functions, and manages travel.

They proactively assist the Principal in attaining annual goals and meeting all commitments in a high quality, professional manner.

They support the podcast, and execute and manage various projects.

This position will operate both in-person and virtually.

There may be occasions where this individual will be required to be on-site for periodic events.

Key Qualifications:

· At least three years of administrative experience

· A minimum of one year of experience in reporting to a Principal, or a top executive

· Expertise in scheduling, and maintaining calendars, for the Principal and company

· Strongly prefer college degree

· Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, and Zoom

· Desire experience in Trello, Voxer, and Asana

· Prefer candidates with a strong interest in pursuing an Administrative Assistant career within the Interior Design field.
